  We were looking for a dog kennel near Bundabery for our 3yo Staffy while we went to Lady Eliot Island in May 2013. An internet search threw up a few possibilities near Bundaberg. This seemed to be the best so we booked in.

  Out 2 dogs have stayed a number of times and the place is spotlessly clean., people are friendly and the price is good value for money. A little out of town but well worth the effort. Staff now identify our dogs by name. Top notch facility.

  While no dog likes to be put in kennels, our dog was happier than he has ever been in other kennels.

  I was running fifteen mins late ( no fault of my own) and there was no budging or consideration to stay open for fifteen mins even after explaining I lived 3 hours north of the place.

  No budging, no great customer service over the phone, even after offering to pay an additional night. Resulted in me the next day driving for 3 hours back down at 3 am to get my dog at 6am plus back up home again (6 hours driving) PLUS the business charging me an extra night despite all the trouble they caused me.

  Four Way Kennels are clean and well organised. The owners really care about dogs and give them the best care possible. When we had to stay away an extra day, there was no issue. We feel confident when we leave our dogs there that they will be well supervised and cared for.

  I just love this kennel facility, the dogs are very well cared for and those requiring medication this is no problem at all. My Bull Terrier has holidayed here on numerous occasions and I'd leave him no where else. Owen & Leo Bull Terrier

  First impressions The whole place was clean and despite the large number of dogs (and horses in paddocks) smelt clean as well. The staff were efficient and friendly. We were taken to the run allocated for our dog and we placed him inside it (unlike some places were the dog is taken from you and disappears).

  On our return, we were again taken to the run, which was spotlessly clean, and we took our dog out.
